Freedom, we are born with freedom in the first place.

And yes, responsibility is to be shared, how to manage and run the country and locals for all for every human rights is also every responsibility.
But also, with democracy that allocate responsibility for the people and the representatives who are hired for thoroughly focusing on the issues, as part of the people for solving the issues, proposing the policies and budgets for ensuring the every people's fairness, human rights, peace, health, education and welfare. Representatives are to put their every effort and all the endeavors to achieve all of that. Even some may have complain about the policy but the role of representatives is to convince the people who might have complains about policies that do not seem to serve for their interest soon. Representative need to convince that some who have affordable to be patient can be also surely be fulfilling their interests and hopes in the whole picture of the budget circulation and each planned policy structure and longer term vision and operation.
And part of responsibility of each people is to vote with sufficient research and analysis about the candidate whose strong will, belief and ability to serve for the people and all the interests and hopes that all to be achieved for the people, by the people including those representatives and president.

So the democracy is to be deemed as a course of ensuring protection of human rights from public service and materializing human rights by public service for all.
